Kickoff times confirmed for Curaçao’s Nations League matches

MIAMI (DA) — Curaçao will open its 2026-27 CONCACAF Nations League campaign with a 10 p.m. kickoff against Costa Rica on Sept. 24 after CONCACAF confirmed the starting times and venues for the September-October window.

The match at Estadio Ricardo Saprissa in San José will begin at 8 p.m. local time in Costa Rica. Curaçao supporters will have a 10 p.m. start.

The Blue Wave’s first home match, against Nicaragua on Sept. 27, is scheduled for 8 p.m. at Stadion Ergilio Hato in Willemstad.

Curaçao will return to the same venue Oct. 1 to face Trinidad and Tobago at 6 p.m.

The four-match group-stage schedule will conclude Oct. 4 with another meeting against Trinidad and Tobago, this time at Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.

Curaçao’s confirmed kickoff times are:

Sept. 24: Costa Rica vs. Curaçao, 10 p.m. Curaçao time
Sept. 27: Curaçao vs. Nicaragua, 8 p.m.
Oct. 1: Curaçao vs. Trinidad and Tobago, 6 p.m.
Oct. 4: Trinidad and Tobago vs. Curaçao, 6 p.m.

Curaçao will compete in League A Group A with Costa Rica, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. Each country will play four matches under the Swiss-style group-stage format.

The top two teams in the group will advance to the quarterfinals in November. The Nations League will also serve as the qualifying competition for the 2027 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
