MIAMI (DA) — Curaçao placed three players on CONCACAF’s 2026-27 Nations League A Best XI, with Kenji Gorré and brothers Leandro Bacuna and Juninho Bacuna recognized for their performances during the group stage.
Gorré earned a spot among the forwards after scoring four goals in four matches. His production helped Curaçao finish first in Group A and advance to the Nations League quarterfinals.
Juninho Bacuna was selected in midfield after recording two goals and three assists across four appearances, giving him a hand in five Curaçao goals during the group stage.
Leandro Bacuna joined his younger brother in the midfield selection. He played 315 minutes and scored one goal for the Blue Wave.
Curaçao was the only team with three players in the Best XI. Haiti had goalkeeper Alexandre Pierre, midfielder Danley Jean Jacques and forward Wilson Isidor selected, while Guatemala was represented by Aaron Herrera and Jehú Fajardo.
Jamaica defender Ronaldo Webster, Honduras defender Luis Vega and Dominican Republic midfielder Heinz Mörschel completed the lineup.
Curaçao, Haiti, Guatemala and Jamaica advanced from League A to the quarterfinals.
