Jackson Chourio one homer from joining rare under-23 club with Andruw Jones

MILWAUKEE (DA) — Jackson Chourio needs one home run to join Curaçao great Andruw Jones and two other stars in an exclusive group of National League players who reached 60 homers, 50 stolen bases and 200 RBIs before turning 23.

Chourio has recorded 59 home runs, 53 steals and 204 RBIs through 363 major league games. The Milwaukee Brewers outfielder is 22 and will celebrate his 23rd birthday on March 11, 2027.

Only Jones, Orlando Cepeda and César Cedeño have reached all three marks at that age in the National League.

Chourio hit 21 homers in each of his first two seasons and has added 17 in 2026. He drove in 79 runs and stole 22 bases as a rookie in 2024, then finished with 78 RBIs and 21 steals in 2025. He has 47 RBIs and 10 stolen bases this season.

The Venezuelan made his major league debut on March 29, 2024, at age 20. He later became the youngest player to produce consecutive 20-homer, 20-steal seasons, surpassing Mike Trout’s previous age mark.

His next home run would put him alongside Jones, who debuted at 19 and established himself as one of baseball’s premier power-and-speed threats early in his career.
