WILLEMSTAD (DA) — New details have emerged about Curaçao’s first-ever FIFA World Cup home kit, offering an early look at the colors and inspiration behind the design planned for the 2026 tournament.
According to Footy Headlines, a football kit and boot news website, Curaçao’s 2026 World Cup home jersey will feature a “lucid blue” base with “impact yellow” trim.
The impact yellow color is similar to the shade used on Al Nassr FC’s 2025–26 home jersey, while the lucid blue closely resembles the tone seen on Argentina’s 2024 away jersey, both produced by Adidas.
Footy Headlines also reported that the design of the Curaçao kit is inspired by the waves surrounding the Caribbean island, paying tribute to the sea that plays a central role in the nation’s geography, culture and identity.
